Our hunting area covers over 5.500 ha and comprises five connected areas in the middle of the nature park "Ötscher-Tormäuer". The altitude of our areas is between 520 m up to 1.892 m and belongs to a high alpine terrain of the northern "Kalkalpen". The Ötscher itself is sourrounded by numerous gorges and deep valleys and meets the impressive natural scenery of the "Ötschergräben" - well known as the "Grand Canyon of Lower Austria". Due to the different features of landscape, we can offer you a variety of games. Roe deer, red and chamois, moufflon as well as western capercaillie and black grouse can be hunted stalked or seated.

Hunting Team
Our hunting area as well as its wild game are cultivated with great care by our professional hunters. Even in winter our game moves in complete freedom. That means that over hundred of kilometers have to be covered on our forest roads in order to reach the feeding every day. We would be pleased to guide you and provide you our knowledge and experience around the game in our area. WM Christian Kupfer & Christian Kupfer jun. The Kupfer family manages our hunting area in third generation and carries on a fine tradition. Due to the continuous care of our game over decades, the hunting in Gösing is one of the most traditional in Lower Austria. FV Christopher Schneidhofer is responsible for the entire operation as well as the forestry process in Gösing. Our hunting team is also supported by Mr. Schneidhofer. Michael Frühwald Many years of experience as a professional hunter and his careful game management characterizes Mr. Frühwald as an important part of our hunting team.
